Each package can be customized to meet the hosts expectations. As our client, you can rely on use to work as many hours as need be and are reasonably necessary to fulfill our obligations under our agreement.

This package is just right for the couple that needs complete planning, design, and coordination for their big day. This saves them time and is less stressful for the couple so they can make Memories from the Beginning. With our helping hands before the big day and putting all the finishing touches together; we will be there to make their day a memory that will last forever in their hearts!
This package includes everything from the Before the Big Day package and:
Create seating arrangements for reception
Manage guest book and place cards
Assistance with selection of:
o Ceremony and Reception venue
o Wedding design, décor and colors
o Wedding attire and accessories
o Wedding party gifts
o Wedding favors
Creating a custom budget
Making rehearsal dinner plans
Assistance with out-of-town guest and accommodations
Assemble and deliver “welcome baskets” at hotel
Create, assemble & send stationeries (save the dates & invitation- does not include postage)

Couples who need a helping hand before the big day, but would like to handle and plan MOST aspects of their wedding. We will assist with decisions, send them on the right path and put all of the finishing touches to make their wedding day a day no one will forget!
This package includes :
Day – of – Coordinator
Following up with all your hired vendors four weeks before and getting their times of arrival
Confirmation of timing and details with all hired vendors
Create a timeline for the wedding day so everyone involved knows where to be and when
Coordinate rehearsal
Coordinate the ceremony and the reception traditions
(i.e., first dance, cake cutting, and bouquet/garter toss)
Supervise and coordinate vendor set up and breakdown
Collect your gifts and place them in your vehicle at the end of your evening
Collect and place décor, rental items or anything not belonging to venue in pickup area. (Does not include cleaning venue or trash removal, see additional services)
Assistant Coordinator - (*additional Event Staff will be needed after 200 guests. An additional charge will apply)
Assistance with choosing a theme and/or decor design
Rehearsal Coordination
Hair and makeup appointments

Personalized planning list for the Couple
Starting at $1500
Our Micro Wedding Planning & Coordination package is designed for couples hosting an intimate celebration who want professional guidance, calm execution, and a seamless experience from start to finish. This package is ideal for weddings with up to 40 guests and offers the same level of care and attention as our larger events — thoughtfully scaled for a more personal celebration.
Even with a smaller guest count, your lead coordinator will be fully present to ensure every detail runs smoothly. From advance planning and vendor communication to on-site coordination and timeline management, our goal is to allow you to truly enjoy your day as a guest.
Micro Wedding Planning & Coordination services include:
Vendor communication prior to the event to confirm details and logistics
Timeline creation and management
Event layout assistance and ceremony flow guidance
On-site day-of-coordination for approximately 5-6 hours, including setup support, ceremony coordination, reception oversight, and cleanup
Vendor placement and point-of-contact on event day
Cueing ceremony music, including DJs or live musicians
One walkthrough, rehearsal, and final walkthrough when permitted by the venue
Additional on-site coordination time is available for events requiring extended coverage and will be quoted accordingly.
